Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and offer the most suitable solution. While our products are designed to withstand normal use, returns can only be accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in good resaleable state.

Please note: Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery cannot be accepted for a standard return.

General Returns:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please request a return form by emailing seedandwild@gmail.com. Ensure the completed form is included in your parcel for faster processing.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 working days, provided the item meets our return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
