Cancellation Policy

HOW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

When you choose the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your Seed&Wild supplements at your selected delivery frequency. Your saved payment method will be automatically charged at the applicable subscription price at the beginning of each billing cycle, and your order will be shipped according to your chosen schedule (for example, every 4 weeks).

By completing your subscription purchase, you authorize Seed&Wild to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

HOW TO CANCEL

At Seed&Wild, we believe managing your subscription should be simple and hassle-free. You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the methods below.

Option A — Customer Portal (Fastest)

  1. Visit the Seed&Wild website and click Manage Subscription.

  2. Enter the email address used for your purchase.

  3. We'll send you a secure login link via email.

  4. Once logged in, select Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation.

  5. Your cancellation takes effect immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent within minutes.

Option B — Email

Email info@seedandwild.com with the subject line: Cancel Subscription

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used when placing your order

Our Customer Support team will process your request and confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CANCEL:

Once your cancellation has been confirmed:

  • You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email.

  • Any order that has already been processed or shipped will still be delivered as scheduled.

  • No future subscription renewals or recurring charges will be processed after your cancellation takes effect.

SKIP YOUR NEXT DELIVERY

Not ready for your next order yet?

You can easily skip your upcoming shipment through your Customer Portal up to 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.

Skipping allows you to keep your subscription active while delaying your next order until you're ready—perfect if you still have capsules remaining or simply want to extend the time between deliveries.

There is no limit to how many times you can skip an upcoming order, and Seed&Wild will never charge a fee or penalize you for doing so.

PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Need a longer break?

You can pause your subscription through your Customer Portal up to 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

While your subscription is paused:

  • You will not be charged during the pause period.

  • No subscription orders will be processed or shipped.

  • Your subscription remains active and can be resumed at any time through your Customer Portal.

  • Once reactivated, your recurring deliveries will continue according to your updated schedule.

Pausing your subscription is a great option if you're travelling, have enough capsules remaining, or simply want to take a break without cancelling your subscription.
